"I just wanted to send a quick note to say how much I appreciated the service we received from Professional Restoration. We had water coming through our light in our kitchen from the bathroom above. We called Professional Restoration and within a few minutes we received a call back from a project manager (Birch) trying to set up a time when they could come out and repair the ceiling.
They sent Mike out who was actually a little earlier that the set appointment and he went right to work. He created a small plastic curtain to contain any dust but it also allowed us to use the other part of the kitchen. He did a great patch job and went to lunch to let it dry. After lunch he painted the area. He also allowed time for the paint to dry then he put another coat on to better blend it into the rest of the ceiling. It looks great.
Afterword he cleaned up after himself very well. You couldn’t even tell there had been construction going on there earlier that day. Overall he was very professional.
I don’t always write letters but I feel I must let you know how well we were taken care of by Professional Restoration. Thank you Professional Restoration, you really came through when we needed you. "Dear Randy, As you know, a storm had hit our neighborhood on July 20, 2009. Windows blown out, hail and debris in the house, kitchen flooded, and your guys were there to help us. Our windows were boarded up promptly, and your crew wsa in our neighborhood helping others.
The next day, our carpet was thoroughly vacuumed to get out as much of the glass as possible. The house was pressure washed, the driveway and home entrance cleaned.
We continue to be in contact with your staff for restoration and major home improvements. Without your services, we would still be at square one and completely overwhelmed.
